The ENTREP listserv is sponsored by the Entrepreneurship Division of the Academy of Management. It was created in 1993 and has been in continuous operation since that time.
While the ENTREP list was created primarily to support the members of the Entrepreneurship Division of the Academy of Management, membership in the ENTREP list is open to anyone who has an interest in Entrepreneurship, Entrepreneurship research, Entrepreneurship education or teaching, or Entrepreneurship support activities. The purpose of the list is to promote discussions of these topics and to share information which is of professional interest to members of the Entrepreneurship Division.
While subscription is open to all individuals, the ENTREP list is a private forum and should not be considered a public free speech area. The Entrepreneurship Division - and the Academy of Management - reserve the right to moderate list communications by refusing to post messages that are considered to be off topic or in violation of list serve guidelines, as well as to limit access, or to unsubscribe, any individual at their discretion.
You can subscribe to ENTREP by going to the Academy of Management Listserve directory and following the instructions there. The direct link is: http://aomlists.pace.edu/scripts/wa.exe?SUBED1=ENTREP&A=1
The general guidelines for use of Academy of Management supported lists can be found at: http://aomlists.pace.edu/guidelines.asp
In addition, ATTACHMENTS are NOT allowed on the ENTREP list which is a moderated list.
Commercial messages are usually rejected although new book announcements, conference announcements, and the announcement of other events relevant to entrepreneurship are allowed. If you have questions about this policy, please contact John Bunch at This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it
By subscribing to the ENTREP list, you agree to follow the standard norms of electronic communication etiquette which are basically to treat all participants with dignity and respect. This rule applies to messages sent to the list and to direct communications between subscribers regarding list serve messages or communications. In addition, you agree to keep posting focused on the domain of the list as described above.
The List manager is John Bunch at Benedictine College. If you have problems with the list, please contact him at This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it .
