This committee is charged with three tasks aligned with the vision of growing entrepreneurship scholars through administrative support to executive committee and continuity council, member surveys, and remembering the elders of the division.

The Research Committee has two primary functions: first, it evaluates papers for the research-based Best Paper Awards of the division - the Best Conceptual Paper Award, the Best Empirical Paper Award, and such other research based awards as the Entrepreneurship Division may give.
